Returns or Damaged Goods
Finer Desk stands behind all of our products. Thank you for being a customer with us and please let us know how we can help you.
Any item can be returned within 14 days of receipt and shipped back to us in the original packaging.
Returns requested within 14 days of receiving the product, in original packaging, and undamaged, will be accepted. Any expedite or engineering fees (where applicable) are non-refundable. Returned desks have a 35% restocking fee due to the custom, made to order nature of our desks.
Defective / Damaged Goods
Damage happens, and we will always make it right. Let us know as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged and we will work with you to fix or replace whatever is damaged. We want you to love your furniture and will always make sure your order is exactly what you wanted.
